S. cerevisiae 유래 효소로
E. coli 에서 발현시킨 재조합 단백질입니다. 이 효소는 guanylate monophosphate (GMP) 를 guanylate diphosphate (GDP) 로 전환하는 작용을 합니다.

Increase in NADH consumption according to the GMPK enzyme concentrations. The reaction mixture (1000 μl) containing guanosine monophosphate and NADH was incubated with increasing amounts of GMPK. The reduced forms of NADH were spectrophotometrically determined at 340 nm.
