Murine RNase Inhibitor는 생쥐의 Ang 유전자를 E. coli 에서 발현한 재조합 단백질입니다. Ribonuclease/angiogenin inhibitor 1 이라고도 불리는이 효소는 세포 내/외의 ribonucleases와 결합하여 이들을 억제하도록 합니다. Murine(Cat. M035)과 Human(Cat. 007) inhibitor 모두 RNase A, B, C 및 태반 RNase와 같은 주요 비특이적 ribonuclease를 강력하게 억제하지만, RNase T1, S1 nuclease, RNase H 나 Taq DNA polymerase, M-MLV reverse transcriptase 및 SP6, T7, T3 RNA polymerase의 ribonuclease 활성은 효과적으로 억제하지 못합니다.
