AP-Mix는 Antarctic Phosphatase(Cat. M026)를 20 배로 농축한 ready-to-use PreMIX 제품입니다. 20 μl 반응용액에 이 효소 1 μl 를 첨가할 경우,1시간 (37°C) 동안 1 μg의 선형화된 플라스미드 DNA를 탈인산화할 수 있습니다.
