제품 설명PBCV-1 Ligase는 Chlorella virus DNA ligase 유전자를 E. coli에서 발현시킨 재조합 단백질입니다. 이 효소는 ATP 의존성 DNA ligase로 nick이 생긴 부분의 3'-OH 와 5'-phosphate 그룹을 연결하지만, 절단된 부분에서는 연결할 수 없습니다. 또한 DNA nick-sealing 활성은 nick-bridging template가 RNA인 경우에도 가능합니다.
