제품 설명TOPscript™ RT-PCR DryDyeMIX는 TOPscript Reverse Transcriptase(Cat. RT002) 와 nTaq-Hot(Cat. P725)을 혼합한 제품입니다. 이 제품은 reverse transcriptase, DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs 등 one-step으로 RT-PCR 반응에 필요한 성분과 DNA loading buffer까지 혼합하여 1 회 분량씩 PCR tube에 건조시킨 제품으로 1개의 tube로 cDNA 합성과 PCR 반응이 가능 하며 전기영동 시 DNA Loading buffer를 혼합할 필요가 없이 바로 사용이 가능 합니다.
