Unit의 정의
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will incorporate 1 nmol ATP into acid-insoluble material in a total reaction volume of 50 μl in 1 hour at 40℃ in 1X SP6 RNA Polymerase buffer.

주의 사항
- SP6 RNA Polymerase는 환원된 형태로 활성을 보이므로 Reaction Buffer에 DTT(dithiothreitol)과 같은 환원제가 포함되어 있습니다.
- Reaction Buffer가 장기간 보관되었거나 반복적인 동결-해동 과정을 많이 한 경우 DTT를 추가로 넣어야 합니다.
- 반응에서 Salt의 총 농도는 50mM을 초과하지 않도록 해야 합니다.
