주의 사항
- Klenow Fragment (exo-)는 non-templated 3 ' addition을 제거할 수 없으므로 blunt end 생성에는 적합하지 않습니다.
- Klenow Fragment (exo-)는 dNTP가 있는 경우 4 개의 EzBuffer에서 모두 활성화됩니다.
- Sanger et al.의 dideoxy 방법에 의한 Klenow Fragment (exo-)를 사용한 sequencing 분석을 위해서는 1 unit / 5 μl 반응 부피가 권장됩니다.
