제품 설명EZ-Pure ™ Gel Extraction Kit ver.2는 agarose gel에서 DNA 조각을 30 분 이내에 정제하도록 설계되었습니다. 이 간단한 절차에서는 고유한 실리카 막 spin column을 사용하여 pH 조정없이 40 bp에서 10 kb의 DNA 단편을 잡아내고 정제합니다. 분리된 DNA에는 단백질, 염료 및 agarose가 없으며 DNA sequencing, PCR, 시험관 내 전사, restriction mapping, 클로닝 및 표지를 포함한 다양한 응용법들에서 사용할 수 있습니다.

For consistency of product, bacterial cell transformation, mammalian cell transfection, DNA sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion, cloning, and PCR as quality control are carried out from lot to lot thoroughly, and only the qualified is approved.

EZ-Pure™ Gel Extraction Kit ver.2 spin columns and all buffers and reagents can be stored at room temperature (15–25°C). All components are stable for 1 year.
