T3
DNA Ligase is an ATP-dependent dsDNA Ligase derived from Bacteriophage T3. This
product catalyzes the phosphodiester linkage between the 3’ hydroxyl group and the 5' phosphate
group of the dsDNA. It exhibits efficient ligation performance in both cohesive
end and blunt end.
