The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of cell proliferation of TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell is ≤ 0.2 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ≥ 0.5 x 107 units/mg.

The product is shipped with dry ice. Upon receipt, store it immediately at -80 °C before use.
Storage and Stability
This product can be diluted in sterile 1X PBS to obtain a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml and stored for a month at 4 °C. Prepare aliquots and freeze at -80 °C for long-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
